Clubhouse Rental Instructions
Clink on the link below to pay for your clubhouse rental
NOTE: Rentals can only be reserved up to 180 days in advance, beginning at 10am on the 180th day. Only Carriagegate residents in good standing may reserve the clubhouse.
How to Book Your Reservation
1) Click on the Calendar on the Reservations page to see what dates are available.
2) If available, click on the time (10am) & the ‘Available' button will pop up. It will say "Reserved' if it is not available for rent.
3) Click on the ‘Available ’ button.
4) A screen will pop up, fill out the rental information, then click ‘Submit’.
5) A confirmation stating ‘Thank you for your reservation’ should pop up. You can now close this page
How to Pay For Your Reservation. Payment needs to be made within 24 hours after reserving the date or the date will be released.
1) The rental fee is $65. Click on the link above to pay for your rental.
2) It will take you to the Stripe site. Choose your method of payment & complete.
How to Complete Your Reservation
1) Once you have selected your date & paid the rental fee, print off the Clubhouse Contract paperwork.
2) Fill out the paperwork. Must be filled out in the name of a CGCFA Resident only,
3) Write a check for $150 to ‘Carriagegate’ for the rental deposit. Check must be from a CGCFA Resident only.
4) Mail paperwork & check to address on the paperwork
Once all three steps are complete, you will receive a confirmation email from the clubhouse coordinator. If you have any questions, TEXT Sandy at 513-907-1596
All reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 30 days in advance of the rental to receive a refund or reschedule
