Carriagegate Community Facility Association (CGCFA) is a community in Deerfield Township, Ohio. There are 255 homes & towne homes on wooded lots. We offer a full array of amenities for residents in the neighborhood. We boast a clubhouse, two swimming pools, and a pickleball/tennis court.
Our Landen community has miles of paved walking trails that follow winding creeks, pristine common areas maintained by professional groundskeepers, and extensive green space loaded with mature trees.

Landen CSA is a homeowner's association that Carriagegate falls under. They are charged with enforcing the rules and regulations found in the Homeowner's / Residents Guide to Landen as well as the Landen Declaration and By-Laws. These rules and regulations ensure that the community is developed and maintained to high standards of design and maintenance.
